A one-man AI studio · London

You use AI every day. Your business doesn’t.

AI systems for solopreneurs and owner-run teams. Tell me what you’d build if you knew how — I design it, build it in Claude Code, and wire it in so it runs without you.

Three tiers — £750 one-off build, £350/mo partner, or £1,500/mo embedded. Everything on your accounts, yours to keep.

30 minutes · free · if it’s not a fit, I’ll say so on the call

adhouse.ai — an AI ad studio: brief in, finished Meta ads out. Next up: Unify, a consumer app, launching soon.

In build right now

An AI candidate-sourcing system for a London headhunter, and AI marketing ops for a six-person health-tech firm.

Three things, probably.

ChatGPT writes your emails now. Somehow the week didn’t get any shorter.

You’ve watched fifty videos of someone automating their whole business. Never quite yours, though.

You can describe exactly what you want to build. You just can’t make it exist.

You don’t need a consultant.
You need an AI guy.

An AI consultant will charge you five figures to tell you what’s possible. I charge £750 to build it — the prompts, the integrations, the plumbing. Working tools in your business by week two — not a strategy deck and an invoice.

Brief. Build. Hand over.

Step 1 · 30 minutes, free

Brief call

Tell me what you’d build if you knew how. Where you’re stuck. What good looks like. If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so before we hang up — no follow-up email, no chase.

Step 2 · 5-7 days, offline

Design and build

I go away and design the flow — the prompts, the integrations, the lot. I come back with a working prototype, recorded so you can see what’s happening.

Step 3 · 60-90 minutes

Integration call

We sit on Zoom and plumb it into your business. Test it. Fix what’s broken. You leave the call owning a working tool. On Partner or Embedded, this becomes a regular cadence — new builds, new fixes, and upgrades as the models change.

Two weeks later

A working system in your business, running on your accounts, that you own outright. And it does it all again tomorrow, without being asked.

Six examples. Yours might be different.

Real briefs from real businesses. Yours will be its own thing — bring it to the brief call and we’ll work out the shape.

No.1

A sourcing engine that runs overnight

Saved search in, qualified shortlist out — scraped, personalised and sitting in your CRM by morning.

No.2

An inbox that drafts its own replies

Triaged overnight, drafts in your voice waiting for one-click send. Your Gmail, not another app.

No.3

A client report that writes itself

Pulls the numbers, writes the commentary, ships the branded PDF — every month, without being asked.

No.4

Call transcript in, proposal out

Record the call. Get a priced proposal in your template, in your voice, by the afternoon.

No.5

A CRM that keeps itself honest

Meetings logged, deals nudged, follow-ups booked — the Sunday-night admin, gone.

No.6

One call, five outputs

Record once — follow-up email, social post, blog draft and to-dos, filed where they belong, not pasted from a chat.

Three tiers. Pick the shape that fits.

Same brief call to start. Same build process. The difference is what happens after handover — the models change every quarter, and the retainers exist so your tools change with them.

James Harrop

Saatchi-trained; owner-run businesses of my own ever since. Eddie Harrop — luxury accessories, sold via Net-A-Porter, five editions of Vogue. Minderful — workplace wellbeing, Apple App of the Day, £1m raised, sold to PwC, Barclaycard and Dell. Lately, first employee at a venture-backed AI startup, where I closed its first enterprise contract. Twelve months ago I couldn’t write a for-loop; this year I shipped seven products on Claude Code.

I’m not exceptional. I’m just twelve months early.
Saatchi & Saatchi Apple App of the Day £1m raised

The honest answers.

Why these prices?

Priced for solopreneurs and owner-run teams, deliberately. £750 buys a week of design and build — less than most freelancers charge for two days. £350/mo is what a decent tool stack already costs, except this one is built for you and keeps up. £1,500/mo is well under a day-a-week consultant, let alone a hire.

What if I don’t know what to build?

Bring the problem on the brief call. I’ll suggest systems you didn’t know were possible — overnight sourcing, self-writing client reports, an inbox that drafts its own replies. The brief is the conversation; the build is the proof.

What if I’m completely non-technical?

Same as me twelve months ago. Claude Code writes the code in plain English; I do the design. You just bring the business knowledge — what you sell, who you sell to, what slows you down.

We’re a small team, not a solopreneur. Still for us?

Yes. The fit is owner-run, not headcount — if the person on the brief call owns the P&L, it works. Just you, or you and six staff. Embedded exists for exactly this.

Who owns the tools?

You do. Everything runs on your accounts and ships with Loom recordings and handover notes. Cancel any month and keep the lot.

Can’t I just build this myself with ChatGPT?

Maybe — the tools aren’t the moat, the evenings are. Most owners get 80% of the way there on a Saturday and the tool is dead by Monday. You’re paying for the design, the wiring into your real accounts, and someone accountable when it breaks. And if you’d genuinely be better off building it yourself, I’ll tell you that on the brief call.

Bring the brief. I’ll build it.

30-min brief call, free. From £750 to build it. Everything on your accounts, yours to keep.

Six retainer clients at a time. Two Embedded seats.
