For mid-career creative, commercial & GTM at large UK companies

Don’t fall behind.

AI craft for senior people who don’t write code. Tool-agnostic — works with whatever your IT department allows: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini, Claude. The interface changes; the thinking doesn’t.

What Unbehind isn’t.

×

Not a coding course. No Python, no agents, no engineering. If your job is shipping code, you don’t need us.

×

Not tool-specific. We won’t teach a curriculum built on ChatGPT Plus when your IT only allows Copilot. Or vice versa.

×

Not theory-heavy. No prompt-engineering deep-dives. Patterns you’ll use Monday morning, in your actual stack.

×

Not a team. One person, a few good tools. It’s deliberate.

Senior people, non-engineers.

If three of these sound like you, you’re in the right place.

You’re 35–50, in a senior IC or early leadership role at a large UK company or scaling startup.

You sit in marketing, brand, BD, GTM, partnerships, comms or account management. Not engineering.

You’ve been told (or feel) you need to “do more with AI”. You don’t know where to start.

Your IT gives you Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or Claude — not all of them. You work with what you’ve got.

You want to stay relevant, not become an engineer.

You’d rather learn principles that transfer than memorise prompts that age out in six months.

Four ways in. Fixed prices. Shown.

Free at the bottom. £1,950/mo at the top. Most start with the cohort.

Tool-agnostic, IT-friendly.Everything we teach works in Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini or Claude. Bring whichever you’ve got.

Practical, not theoretical.

Six things every cohort covers. Each one ships a workplace output you’ll keep using.

Foundations

How AI tools actually work — no jargon.

Writing

Briefs, emails, proposals — drafted in minutes, sounds like you.

Thinking

Research that takes hours, not days. Better arguments, faster.

Meetings

Walk in prepared. Walk out with the recap already written.

Custom tools

Build your own GPTs / Copilot Agents — no code.

Hygiene

What NOT to put into AI. Data, IP, what your CISO worries about.

Six weeks. Two hours a week, live.

Live calls Tuesday evenings. Plus 2–3 hours a week of practical project work in your own job.

Week 01

Foundations & toolkit audit

How the tools actually differ. What you have access to. Audit your own workflow for AI insertion points. Pick the one workflow you’ll improve over the cohort.

Week 02

Writing & comms

Briefs, emails, decks, proposals. Tool-agnostic prompt patterns that scale across whichever LLM you have. By the end, you’ll write 3x faster on a real task at your job.

Week 03

Research & thinking

Industry analysis, competitor decode, board prep, hypothesis testing. Research patterns that compound. NotebookLM if your stack allows; alternatives if it doesn’t.

Week 04

Building (no code)

Custom GPTs, Copilot Agents, structured prompts saved as reusable templates. By Friday you’ll have a tool your team can use, built by you, in your stack.

Week 05

Workflow integration

Stitch it together: your real job, AI-augmented end-to-end. Weekly cadence, daily inputs, monthly review. Make it stick.

Week 06

Showcase & Q&A

Present your AI-augmented workflow to the cohort. Get feedback. Lifetime access to the alumni Slack — the network you’ll keep.

One person, actually.

The honest answers.

What if my company only allows Microsoft Copilot?

Perfect. That’s exactly what most of our cohort has. Everything we teach works in Copilot — same for ChatGPT Enterprise, Gemini and Claude. The principles transfer.

Will I have to write code?

No. You’ll build Custom GPTs and Copilot Agents using natural language. If “click, type, paste” is your level, you’re fine. We promise.

I’m already pretty good with ChatGPT. Do I need this?

If you can build a workflow that survives a colleague using it, draft a 10-page brief in your voice, and ship a Custom GPT for a recurring task — probably not. If “pretty good” means you copy-paste prompts from Twitter, then yes.

What’s the time commitment?

Cohort: 90 minutes live each Tuesday evening, plus 2–3 hours of project work in your own job that week. Course: at your pace. 1:1: 90 min/month plus async Slack.

Can I expense it?

Most participants do. £1,495 typically falls under “professional development” budget at large UK companies — below most procurement thresholds. We can provide an invoice in your or your company’s name.

Who is this not for?

Engineers (you don’t need us). Prompt-engineering bootcamp graduates (you’ve got this). People looking for theory or autonomous-agent strategy decks. This is for senior commercial / creative / GTM people who want to be using AI well by next quarter.
