I build AI tools for owner-run businesses.
Solo founders, and teams small enough that you still do the work. Tell me what you’d build if you knew how — I design the flow, build it in Claude Code, and plumb it into your business. Working tools, not a certificate.
Three tiers — £500 one-off setup, £500 + £275/mo retainer, or £1,000/mo embedded. No courses, no cohorts, no subscriptions.
An AI candidate-sourcing system for a London headhunter, and AI marketing ops for a six-person health-tech firm.
Three things, probably.
You’ve bought three AI courses this year. You finished none.
You open ChatGPT to do something specific. Twenty minutes later you’ve closed the tab.
You can describe what you want to build. You just can’t make it exist.
You don’t need a teacher.
You need an AI guy.
A course teaches you about AI. I build the AI for your business. You bring the brief; I bring the build. Tools in your business by week two — not a half-finished course in your inbox by week six.
Brief. Build. Hand over.
Brief call
Tell me what you’d build if you knew how. Where you’re stuck. What good looks like. If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so before we hang up — no follow-up email, no chase.
Design and build
I go away and design the flow — the prompts, the integrations, the lot. I come back with a working prototype, recorded so you can see what’s happening.
Integration call
We sit on Zoom and plumb it into your business. Test it. Fix what’s broken. You leave the call owning a working tool. On Partner or Embedded, this becomes a regular cadence — new flows, new fixes, every month.
A working tool in your business, running on your accounts, that you own outright. Not a login to a course platform.
Six examples. Yours might be different.
Real briefs from real businesses. Yours will be its own thing — bring it to the brief call and we’ll work out the shape.
A GPT trained on your voice
So emails, posts and drafts actually sound like you.
Inbox triage with drafted replies
Wake up to a clean inbox and three drafts waiting for one-click send.
A landing page that doesn’t take six weeks
No Webflow course. No designer. Live URL, your domain, in an afternoon.
A client report that writes itself
Drop in the data, get a branded PDF your clients actually open.
A lead scraper that runs overnight
Wake up to 30 qualified prospects. Repeat daily, forever.
One call, five outputs
Record once. Get a follow-up email, social post, blog draft, transcript and to-do list.
Three tiers. Pick the shape that fits.
Same brief call to start. Same build process. The tiers differ only in how long we keep going.

Brief call is always free.If it’s not a fit, I’ll say so before we hang up. Six clients on retainer at a time.
One person, actually.
Saatchi-trained, two-time founder. Eddie Harrop (stocked in Net-A-Porter and Vogue). Minderful (Apple App of the Day, £1m raised). Twelve months ago I couldn’t write a for-loop. I shipped seven products this year on Claude Code.
The honest answers.
Why these prices?
Priced for owner-run businesses, deliberately. £500 one-off is half a freelancer day. £275/mo is Notion Pro + Linear + Calendly combined. £1,000/mo is one day a week of a London freelancer at consultant rate.
What if I don’t know what to build?
Bring the problem on the brief call. I’ll suggest flows you didn’t know were possible — inbox triage, lead scrapers, client reports, GPTs trained on your voice. The brief is the conversation; the build is the proof.
What if I’m completely non-technical?
Same as me twelve months ago. Claude Code writes the code in plain English; I do the design. You just bring the business knowledge — what you sell, who you sell to, what slows you down.
We’re a small team, not a solopreneur. Still for us?
Yes. The fit is owner-run, not headcount — if the person on the brief call owns the P&L, it works. Just you, or you and six staff. Embedded exists for exactly this.
Who owns the tools?
You do. Everything runs on your accounts and ships with Loom recordings and handover notes. Cancel any month and keep the lot.
Will it actually work in my business?
Probably. Brief call is free — if it’s not a fit, I’ll say so before we hang up. I’ve built for recruiters, consultants, coaches, agencies and service businesses. Mostly the bottleneck is repetitive work; AI does that well.
Bring the brief. I’ll build it.
30-min brief call, free. From £500 to build it. No courses, no cohorts, no subscriptions.
